Out on the water . . .

Low water this morning we were out in the bay attaching the mooring to a raft. Tomorrow we'll float the mooring ashore to check it over ready for the season ahead.

A lovely day, bright sunshine and not a cloud in the sky! Breakfast and lunch outside and an afternoon in the garden. Sowed parsnips and parsley in the raised beds.

The new propagator in the greenhouse is a great success - it's a converted fish box with a heated cable set in concrete in the bottom of it. All the seeds have sprouted and are growing really well . . .
