Extreme Reading

Still on the boat, we took a stroll round the boatyard and a little further up the canal. The story goes that our son P has been asked, along with the rest of his school, to take photos of themselves read in, erm, extreme conditions. This is the "Wooden Horse" situated in Nantwich off the canal arm leading to the Nantwich Boatyard and it was P's idea to take the micky out of his class mate's ER photo, which consisted of her sitting on her own (real) horse, backwards. We tried to recreate P sitting on the Wooden Horse backwards but felt this shot was the funniest.

The rest of today was a lazy one which mainly comprised of stoaking a fire, playing various card games, then popping into Snuggbury's for an icecream ont he way back home. All exhausted and worn out. Early bed.
