2nd Day of Easter on the hunt for ducklings but...

They were nowhere to be found. I saw them in the morning while walking the dog and had no camera with me. After I got my camera the ducklings were vanished, probably sleeping. Instead I saw this waterbird (Moorhen? - waterhoen in Dutch) sitting on the nest.
