on the edge

Needed to get out today so had a lovely circular walk in the Peak District, Grindleford, Froggatt then up and along Froggatt Edge. Mind we did take the easier path than this up the Edge !!

We saw this middle aged woman climber with what looked like her grown up kids at the bottom of the rock. Now that is a gutsy mom.

The weather was very misty and cold first thing when I got a shot of our local peregrine but the sun came through in the afternoon and it was very warm (at least when walking up hill !! )
