One bright morning

View of the Wansdyke early on Easter Monday. Apparently, the man-made structure stretched across South West England, though today only about 15-20 miles remains intact. It was built to defend Wessex from Anglo Saxon invasion and seems to have been successful though my history is a little hazy now! This is taken above East Kennet on a bright, but hazy morning.
