Kathy cooked us a beautiful dinner today - lemony pea and rocket risotto with gently baked salmon. It was really delicious and she's left me the recipe. She also made star-shaped chocolate and cherry cakes with chocolate and hazelnut topping. Mmm.
She's going back to Edinburgh tomorrow morning and we'll miss her so much. We've all had a lovely Easter.
