Well, had it been yesterday, I could have photographed the Easter meal, but today was leftovers. Still, anyone who knows me, knows I bake. This is a banana cake, with cream cheese frosting and pecan nuts. Its one of the sweeter banana cakes I make - and cake is always a dish fit for the gods....
