Growing Up

Here's a picture of a bit of the garden with something that was planted last year and is still alive and has even grown up a little , which is no mean achievement given our gardening skills.

I see that I was musing on the Boston marathon at the time. Great that this yesterday was such a success.

Back to the grind today, but managed to get out for a relatively easy 13k at lunchtime. Still analysing what went wrong with my marathon. Lots of suggestions......
