i had a dream last night that blipfoto had added an extra feature to the left-hand bit where it lists views, etc. that listed transgressions & fines. i'd received a fine for uploading 500 images in a year and the moderators felt this wasn't possible, but as this was my first offence i got away with a fine. i'm not sure if i thought it wrong or not in the dream, but on waking felt it would indeed be cheeky to attempt to say you took 500 images, one a day, for 365 days...

this blip is probably entirely unrelated, though there are numbers involved. somehow i've managed to amass just under (17 under) 100 data CDs. these are old backups, magazine cover disks, applications, games, etc. and they were starting to take up space. this afternoon, after a very nice pub lunch in murcott, i took to putting them all in order in white paper envelopes (10p each! an outrage, but cheaper than a new case) and this blip is to mark the occasion. i guess one day it'd make sense to make isos and store them rather than the media itself. dunno really

i kinda liked the way it made the CDs look like antique pages and in some ways CDs are already antiques...
