Stamps

As a ten year old boy i spent many saturdays at my grandparents playing on the farm, one thing that i always enjoyed doing was going into my mothers old bedroom and dusting off her books.

I always remember finding her stamp collection which she had as a child & was given to her by her mother, the collection later fell into my hands where sadly it just sits on the shelf, many volumes of British stamps, all mint condition covering over 60 years, these were always my favourites and although the stamps rarely come out these days it's these ones that always remind me of the saturdays, sitting by the fire admiring my mothers collection :)
