Back in the pool.

It's been over 6 weeks since my last swim. Back in the water last night (Pencoed), and again this evening in Pyle. I was shocked that my swim watch reckoned it was the 3rd March when I last swam though.

Lap times not too bad considering I've been away for such a long time, but only 1200 metres tonight- need to pick up the pace and distance next week.
