A Penny Well Spent

Today my sister and I had our monthly day out in the city and I was delighted to see that the toilet block in one of the car parking areas has had a desperately needed makeover. It has been painted in bright colours, antiquated plumbing has gone and the work of local artists is displayed on the walls.
