Loch Venachar.

We took a run up past Callander this morning, heading for Loch Lubnaig but one car park was closed and the other is now "pay to use". Since I have no intention of paying for a few minutes photo-stop, we drove on and headed up to Loch Venachar. The road was currently being patched up to repair winter damage and tiny tarry chips were clattering off the underside of the car so we pulled in at a field entry and were delighted at this view once we passed the gate into the field.
We cut the grass and had a canal side walk with Rona this afternoon. I really must go and check out the car door sills for tar spots this evening.
There's always something needing done!
