Need this. The carpet fitter turned up yesterday. Without the carpet. They hadn't even ordered it.

To make matters worse they are now arguing with the developer about who is responsible.

We had to move all the furniture back this evening. Knowing we will have to do it all again in a months time.

Cross doesn't even come close to how I'm feeling right now.
