Kingsday...

For the first time in years we celebrate Kingsday!!!

As long as I can remember, we celebrated Queensday!
But last year, Willem Alexander became our king, and today we celebrate his birthday!

His birthday is actually tomorrow ... but there are parts in the Netherlands where they are not allowed to party or to have some fun on a Sunday!
That is why we are celebrating it this Saturday!
I bought this morning some yummy orange vanillaslices, we call them oranje tompoezen...
I think they will taste delicious with some coffee!!!
