More tea, Vicar?

This is Mary Berry's chocolate fondant tart.

My Sous Chef made the pastry from an old trusted recipe of my mother's.

I made the rest, baking blind and all that good stuff.

My Artistic Director decided on the sprig of mint and white chocolate curls.

The verdict?

It was a good bake.

With the cream on top, the second slice was a mistake.
