Submerged

10.5C starting foggy then brightening up for a while in the middle of the day before becoming duller. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went through to Arbroath and had a wander round the harbour this morning. The foghorn was in operation. It didn't look like any of the boats had gone to sea.

After lunch Maeve and I had a walk down to the shore. The tide was well in. We couldn't see very far out to sea. Still foggy, although it has cleared somewhat through the afternoon and we can see the sea from the house again.
