Poor Peonies

Almost without fail, as soon as these buds start to open we get strong winds and/or torrential downpours which hammer them into the ground.
Today it's April showers. One of which, admittedly for only a few of seconds, reduced visibility to a couple of yards.
This bud is one of a handful which are still upright.
