Keeping watch

We went down to Fairhaven Lake this afternoon and found this family group happily nibbling on a grassy slope. The adults were on lookout duty, really vigilant guarding their young, who were cute and fluffy!

Day 4 of the fitness regime and we're keeping going. Jonathan did his swim - he's now 10% of the way across the Channel:-0! I walked the walk, with a bit of a jog and the muscles weren't complaining so much - must be doing some good!!!
