Birthday lunch

Two good friends, Damien and Xavier, came to lunch and we had a terrific time talking about cinema, TV series, reading. Quite animatedly at times, as you can see on this portrait of Damien!

Julie had cooked delicious food - and she offered me the fortieth anniversary edition of the catalogue of the first posthumous retrospective of Diane Arbus' work (MoMA, 1972): Diane Arbus Revelations.

A thoroughly enjoyable - and enjoyed! - day. :-)
