Thistle bee my blip for today

I know we've all seen it before... but the thistles are just coming into bloom and I spotted this one while cycling home yesterday. It took ages wearing shorts, standing in scratchy undergrowth to get a reasonable picture (gusting wind etc) and then I realised that my tingling leg wasn't being tickled by a thistle but by a nettle - so it's just gonna have to be good enough. Luckily there was a docken leaf on hand.
