Am broken. A whole day kayak training, my hips are screwed, my shoulders barely allow me to lift anything. It rained, and the sun shone. And I escaped a capsized kayak safely. The swimming towing my kayak was almost impossible and the drifting down the river with the current bit made me think I made the RIGHT decision NOT to swim all the way across the Thames THAT time......

And then my exhaust fell off on the way home. Noisy!!!!!
