Best in Show

Spent the day at our club, Omagh & District Canine Club open show, this Sheltie, Taylor was Best in Show. I photographed him when he was Best Puppy in Show in 2009, lovely to see him as Best in Show today, his owner Valerie Kyle a great supporter of our club was delighted.
Our entries were down 30% from last year, we have to have a serious meeting about viability of another show next year. It is the sign of the times, only a few open shows left in Northern Ireland, all struggling for entries.
Despite that a lot of exhibitors gave very positive feedback & there was a lovely atmosphere. The Companion show for Grove Hill was a roaring success & all very positive
