How much?

Little S loves creatures of all kinds, showing none of the apprehension that little H shows towards pets, animals, bugs. Today they both stroked the model animals that I don't really like at the garden centre and it was all that we could do not to come home with painted solid puppies, hedgehogs and ducklings. My grandparents' stone grey tortoise will do. Maybe the tadpoles will become more interesting soon?
