Mr. Blackbird

A very busy day which is why this is posted a day late.
There are a pair of blackbirds nesting next door, I have enjoyed watching them gathering nesting material and taking worms from my garden. On Friday there were terrible distress calls from both of them so hope that one of the three young cats at another house haven't taken their young. This is Mr. Blackbird taken through my kitchen window.
I was playing for a ceilidh last night and had a great time - adding layers as the night went on as it was in a marquee on a windy night. It was lovely to meet Blipper HareBrain there - we hadn't met before so great to put a face to the name!
