Viva Lavandula Anouk

I had a lovely lavender display in my rockery which sadly turned very woody this year so I've just replaced it with this Lavender Anouk. Because of the shape of its flowers it is often called crested or butterfly lavender.

I've never found that lavender helps me sleep (I've tried the oil, dried lavender etc) but I do love the fragrance, even if it is associated with old ladies!
