Liberty and power

Chantler63's Shakespeare challenge has made me work hard on many days to fit what I want to blip with the day's theme. Today's challenge is Julius Caesar (Liberty and power being its themes).

So I have taken a great liberty and posted a blip that has nothing what so ever to do with JC.

And I used magical powers to turn it on its head.
