Tokyo

Arrived in Tokyo at 4pm this afternoon, only to find that our bags had not got beyond Paris. Very annoying, but the JAL staff were very helpful, apologised profusely (and I mean profusely!), and delivered our bags to where we were staying within 36 hours. Luckily, we had enough stuff in our hand luggage to last a couple of days so it wasn't too much of a problem.

After getting the bus from Narita to Tokyo Station, we walked to Adam's apartment - about 30 mins - through the rush hour traffic. Nice to stretch our legs after such a long flight.
