Not the turn of the back at the moment....

This is a work in progress! And the progress has been quite rapid this week. And its quite usual for things to get worse before they get better....And today was one of those worse days, but tomorrow will see the other side.

Some many years ago this bed was grass, then a rock garden, then full of shrubs with a tree in the middle and now it is being returned to grass again. Much easier to maintain!

Thing is, after levelling the bed ready for turfs, and all the spare topsoil from the back garden coming this way, there is an amazing excess of soil/clay now and those blue bags just will not budge! Mmmm...slight problem there.

I have given much encouragement from the lounge window whilst doing my homework...
