Little nest...

... of mistle thrush chicks. It's just above eye-level, right by the path. Am amazed they've nested there, but so many people walk by and don't spot them. Me included, till I spotted the adults with worms in their beaks and realised they were flying back and forth to a nest right in front of me!

They're growing so fast. Last Monday you could barely see anything but bits of fluff and beaks above the nest and now one has fledged already!
