Ducking Ducks

Duck Race Day. Some years there is hardly any water in the stream and they plod along, today it was a white knuckle ride (do Ducks have knuckles?) and hopefully they made it to the end. One year they went so fast the "catchers" weren't in place and a few made a bid for freedom, probably ended up in Bridgwater.
Visited a Bluebell Wood, very beautiful but drinking a cup of tea which is being diluted by rain isn't much fun. Luckily I didn't get stuck in the mud which several visitors managed.
