A Memory Avenue in the Rain

The Morges tulip beds are in full bloom and the avenue of beech trees clothed in their bright new leaves. It was sad to have visited my old yoga teacher, now so diminished, knowing that she will probably not walk between the tulip beds again and there is not much to brighten up her days.
