In an attempt to blow away the dark cloud which has followed me about all week, Brammle and I went running about in the fields. We jumped up on the hay bales and I shouted into the wind. It was so wild out there that I came in feeling very invigorated. Stayed out in the rain too and caught this rainbow from the back of the cottage.
