Lonely Little Egg Custard Tart

Feeling very virtuous today after going food shopping and buying lots of healthy stuff.. plenty of fruit and veg which I am determined is going to end up in me for a change and not in the wormery.

Eating healthily is an expensive business, I have discovered!

Did treat myself to a couple of egg custard tarts which are a particular favourite of mine :-) One was eaten with my evening cuppa, the other was blipped!

The remaining tart does look a bit lonely, though.. without his mate.

Would be a shame to stress the tart unnecessarily by leaving him alone..

..unloved
