Phil - Stranger #9

Trying to get across London on a tube strike day wasn't the best of plans - very glad that work are picking up the taxi fares! Got back to Paddington after the meeting and the RNLI were doing a collection, a great charity well worth supporting. Phil was a bit bemused by the whole blip thing but very happily posed for me.
