Sometimes the best thing to do is stop what you're doing, go outside, throw yourself on the ground and lie on your belly and take a photo of some daisies before going back to work.

I'm doing a VAT return this week - rather late (of course) and not enjoying being stuck at a desk looking for invoices and thinking about money.
