It's raining in- and outside

The snow is disappearing fast because it's raining outside.
We have to be fast to celebrate a white christmas.
Inside it's raining because the boiler of unit EC 20 has several leaks.
It's becoming worse; time to repair, I hope next week.
It's leaking now when it's not in service, so it's at asmospheric pressure.
Can you imagine what will happen when it's in service with 150 bar?
Well, the water evaporates and then goes to the chimney as vapor and one cannot see it inside anymore....just an enormous white plume on top of the chimney.
