Baking!

It's Christmas day for most of you (presumptuous, I know), but it's the day after for us. Friends coming round this afternoon are in for a treat...a new pudding made by Évi...bits of sweet roll (well, kifli) soaked in home-made custard, topped with thin slice of mango and banana and finished off with a meringue topping!
This is what the whisk attachment looked like after I'd beaten the egg yolks and sugar...lovely droplets, frozen in time! Again, an obviously sweeter entry than pigs' snouts!
