Sticky Buns

God, they're gorgeous!

I've made friends of enemies with these.

They're all sloppy with brown sugar and butter and cream and Presidents Choice Decadent Chocolate Chips ... rolled up in a shredded butter batter and baked ... then flipped over into another pan lined in parchment, to soak in their own bubbling juices.

I always rustle up a batch when I'm on the verge of getting fired for insubordination.
