Door Furniture

Walking in the rain this morning, everything was dripping wet, including my dog !
Not a good day for outdoor blips, but as we passed through the churchyard, I remembered how my daughter had shown my little granddaughter the keyhole with the heart shape around it, when they were here for Easter.
It is on the north door of our church, the one used as the main entry nowadays, but it would be interesting to know who put them there (there is one around the handle too) and when?
Perhaps someone has seen a similar keyhole elsewhere?
