Light After Rain

When I woke up this morning, I checked to see if our walkout basement was flooded overnight. It rained....ok -- it poured all day yesterday. I think I heard that if it snowed this much, it would have been 50 inches....

Anyway, thankfully, all that water had receded by early this morning. I set out a bit early anticipating that some roads would be closed. I took a detour knowing the normal route would be closed.

But what I did not know was that I would take 5 more detours after that! I was stuck on the road...after road. I was happy that I had my camera nearby to capture some shots!

So here's the sun, shining through the clouds!
