'Missed the boat'

This is a great weekend to be in Elie - The Elie Scarecrow Festival' began today. 58 official entries to find and the occasional one like this was too late to be on the official guide. I guess most of us have missed the boat at sometime! It is great fun and it does help to have a bike as the entries are quite wide spread!
