Not Good

This sums up my day. I was fine this morning when I got to work but around mid morning I developed pain in the lower left of my back. After dinner I had a hot bath and will use some Deep Heat when I go to bed. Hopefully it'll be ok tomorrow but it needs to be gone before I fly to Italy on Tuesday!
