Dropped the eco ladies up town early this morning and then I took Juno up Arthur Seat.

Very quiet and not many people around. What amazed me was that there were huge areas on untouched snow that I felt obliged to run through and mark with my footprints.

The view to the north was fantastic a tiny ribbon of a clearing appeared above the mist and below the low clouds. The white paps of Fife dominated with snowy distant peaks in the background and too far to capture.

The city looked very monochrome in the low morning light and the rising mist.

It has been a while since I have been on Arthur Seat.

The phone rang, the girls had finished, picked them up and back for a lazy afternoon.
