Kastanienblüte

Kastanien = Chestnut, Blüte = Blossom.

Quiet day. Mainly house-things. Went for a walk and the last of the chestnut blossom was the prettiest thing blipped.

Need to re-evaluate the bag strategy. I thought the camera bag I bought would be fine but once the camera is in it and a second lens, it's pretty full. And I feel really self-conscious about carrying it. Something discreeter and a bit roomier.

I think a spare battery is also on the cards as I have developed the daft habit of not switching the camera off.

Odd things of the day: on 2 separate occasions, a Mercedes driver gave way to us when he didn't have to. If this was a play and not my life, you'd know something pretty momentous was about to happen. I shall tread carefully over the next few days.
