Lake Tikitapu

Driving back from town this morning, Lake Tikitapu was like glass, and although I feel the yellow buoys spoil good landscapes, today I felt they added something to what was pretty sombre colours.
This lake is commonly known as The Blue Lake, the next one is the Green Lake, but somehow don't know why as I can't see any difference.
It is not a big lake, but is a very busy lake as many rowing regattas and triathalons are held here. The buoys are needed to keep swimmers separate from the boats.
Today it was almost empty apart from one boat and skier.
