Lost in Thought

Just spent two days at the PremierLeague play-Offs. For my team it was played 3 lost 3; but what a learning experience for everyone. Possibly that learning will not become apparent for some days (or weeks) to come but all will, I'm sure, emerge stronger.

Focus is undoubtably the key and across the court I caught sight of Sophie deep in thought as she prepares mentally (and physically!) for her third game. Sophie along with Grace didn't waver and after a thrilling game went unbeaten into the finals.
