Walking the dog

Spotted this today, maybe the Netherlands is the only country in the world wheer you can buy a special device so you can walk your dog using a bike.

The road we saw this on is known as Koedood - or in English Cow death or dead cow road - always makes me wonder what happened for the road to get this name
