Shrooming

Part of our Christmas tradition is to go for a walk on Boxing Day. We went along for a refreshing walk at Shorne Country park where there were lots of mushrooms to spot on the way.

We didn't pick any but we did identify it as the Jelly Ear mushroom, perfectly edible and also apparently 'an acquired taste' as it is crispy when cooked!
