Someone's Watched Too Much Game Of Thrones

I dragged myself out for an early 5K before a bank appointment and more fun trip to buy padded cycle shorts. It was Ellie's birthday celebrations, and we spent as long as possible in Castle Park, having a picnic, playing rounders and I went on the new swan peddalos. We got a dodgy swan, with a broken set of peddles, and the lake is the smallest lake ever to house peddalos, so there wasn't far to travel. When the cold got too much, we relocated to a local pub and spent ages in there over a few shandies.
